The policy on "protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data" is based on 196/2003 law of the Italian Parliament.
Personal data are collected in through telematic systems and are treated directly or through delegated third parties for the following aims:

No personal data will be sold or transmitted to third parties.

According to art 7 its on your right to get in each moment information about personal data usage. In particular one can be informed of:
- the confirmation of the existence of personal data and their origin,
- the identification data of the responsible person, of the authorized persons and of the web site holder,
- the updating, the amendment and the integration on data,
- the certification that what in points 3 and 4 has been communicated to whom it may concern, a part from the case in which the fulfilment of requirements is impossible or too disproportionate with respect to the safeguarded right,
- the possibility of reject the usage of personal data for rightful reasons, for commercial use, for market researches and studies.
