The free circulation of the workers, that implies the right of the citizens of the European Union to live and work in any Member state, has a fundamental role in the creation of job opportunities. Yet there are still many obstacles that people who want to settle and work in a foreign country have to face, in terms of lack of awareness and information about their rights .
The strength of the project is inside partners promoting it. The trade union organizations belong to civil society and their power is the net of relationships with workers, associations and corporate bodies present in the territory. The trade union organization can therefore have an important multiplier role, by bringing the values of the safety both to workplaces and to schools and the whole civil society.
Respect and tolerance are guaranteed because the workers' free circulation creates a condition of equality for everybody and the same safety conditions. There must not be distinctions about the cultural models or the origins of the workers, but it is necessary to work in order to have safe productive systems for all people.
